Scope of Services

By selecting one or more services, Client retains Attorney only for the selected service(s). Representation does not include negotiations, litigation, landlord communications or responses, post-consultation questions, or any other services unless separately agreed to in writing. Additional work requires additional fees.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Attorney makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any matter. Client understands that a demand letter cannot compel any party to take, stop, or refrain from taking any action.

Litigation Advisory

If the demand letter does not achieve the desired result and litigation becomes necessary, Attorney will generally advise pursuing the matter in small claims court.

Payment

An electronic invoice will be sent via PayPal or LawPay upon receipt of this form and supporting documents. A demand letter may be added within 2 calendar days of the consultation for an additional $300.00.
